Registration

You can register by emailing or mailing the following information.

Please make cheques payable to: Chilliwack Native Pentecostal Church.

All registrations will be at the rate of $75 per person. Registration must be paid in full on the first day of the conference. Registration cost includes access to all workshops, rallies and activities. It also includes accommodations and meals. However, it does not include transportation costs.

Limited number of sponsorships are available for those in financial need, please contact us for more details.

Leaders

We ask that all participants under the age of 18 attend with a leader or with a youth group. We recommend that you have one female leader and one male leader for your group. The leader must be at least 20 years of age. We request that the leaders participate fully in the conference and help with the supervision of the participants. We will take care of the registration fee for the pastor or leader, please indicate when registering.

If unable to attend with a leader or youth group, please contact us to make arrangements.

What We Provide

  • Housing is provided with families of our church and in the conference facilities
  • All meals provided for the five days (Please notify us of any food allergies)
  • Canteen will be available to grab a snack and drink
  • Admittance costs of the afternoon activities is covered in the registration fee

From Highway #1. Take Highway #9 exit (Exit 135), drive past Yale Rd E (traffic circle). Turn L on Victor Dr (turning lane available, fruit stand on L), if you cross the Fraser River you’ve gone too far! Take Victor Dr all the way to the end, passing 5 streets. Turn R on Old Yale Rd; Cheam Community Hall is just past the Band Office and Church.

From Chilliwack. Take Yale Rd to Rosedale. Turn L on Old Yale Rd at the Rosedale Church and baseball diamond. Take Old Yale Rd all the way to Cheam Reserve. When you enter the Reserve, turn R to stay on Old Yale Rd. Cross the train tracks, drive past 2 streets; Cheam Community Hall is just past the Band Office and Church.
